Sandra Carolyn Trumble

TRUMBLE, SANDRA CAROLYN (nee MEIKLEJOHN) March 27, 1941 - November 18, 2022
With great sorrow we announce the passing of Sandra peacefully in Barrie, Ontario. Reunited
with her husband, the late Douglas Carl Trumble. Proud mother of Jan (Garth) and Lance (Amy)
and Kim (Randy) and Douglas (Sonya); blessed grandmother of Robyn, Ben, Hannah, Sam,
Morgan, Adam, Grant and Claire. Sandra will be missed by her wonderful siblings; Barbara, Mary
and Linda (Bob). She held all of her nieces and nephews close to her heart and loved to hear
stories of their accomplishments. Sandra was an active member in the community, a teacher, a
volunteer and a proud member of Collier Street United church and their choir. Sandra enjoyed
carving, walks, camping and was a true outdoor enthusiast. Sandra was always there for
anyone needing a friend, smile or someone to listen. She will be missed by all her family and
friends. Visitation at noon and Funeral Service at 1pm will be held Monday at Collier Street United Church.
Sandra was a long time supporter and canvasser for the Canadian Cancer Society and the
family would love for you to continue her support for donations to the Canadian cancer society or to the Alzheimer’s Society of Canada.
