Sheila Lillian Charron

It is with great sadness, we announce that Sheila Lillian Charron, 69 years old, passed away suddenly in Ottawa, on February 11th, 2022.

Sheila is predeceased by her parents, Rachel and Basil Bates; and her brother, Stephen Goyer.
She was a loving mother to her three daughters, Jennifer (Mike), Catherine (Jenny) and Suzanne (Glenn).
Sheila also had a family of close, loving friends who will feel her loss terribly.
She lived a life guided by her strong Christian faith.
Sheila will be remembered for her love of reading books, sipping Tetley tea, and above all for being a devoted grandmother to her 13 grandchildren.

We thought of you today.
But that is nothing new.
We thought about you yesterday.
And days before that too.
We think of you in silence.
We often speak your name.
Now all we have are memories.
And your picture in a frame.
Your memory is our keepsake.
With which we'll never part.
God has you in his keeping.
We have you in our heart.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 pm, Thursday March 10th, 2022 at Hope Cemetery Chapel. 4660 Bank Street, Ottawa.
Donations in Sheila's honour may be made to the Canadian Mental Health Association (Ottawa) , or to the Canadian National Institute for the Blind .
