Stavroula Chronopouls

March 23, 1934 – January 29, 2023

IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Stavroula (Voula) Chronopouls, a caring wife, mother, sister and grandmother who passed away on January 29, 2023 at age of 88, after a long illness.

Voula is mourned by her very loving family including her daughter Andria Valentini, her son Konstantinos Lazis, her son in law Paul Valentini and her adoring grandson, Gaetano Valentini.

She will be missed by her siblings: Tony Lazos and Sophia Sgagias of Lamia Greece, and Joanna Kastrinis Lewis of Stratford, Ontario.
Voula is predeceased by her husband Christos Chronopouls, and her siblings, sister Marianthi Pappas (nee Lazos), and brother, Costa Lazos.

Voula made many friends while living in the Greektown neighbourhood of the Danforth for over 40 years. She was very social in her community and will be dearly missed by all of those that she encountered. Voula was known for her strong opinions and never minced words when it came to expressing her views in regards to her family, friends or politics. She was most proud to show off her grandson every chance she could get.

Funeral Services will be held on Friday, February 3rd at St. Demetrios Greek Orthodox Church
30 Thorncliffe Park Dr East. Viewing in Church from 10:00 TO 11:00 am: Mass to follow.

Final Resting Place at Beechwood Cemetery: 7241 Jane Street, Vaughan Ontario
