Steven "Steve" Michel Martin

Steven Michel Martin (60), of Mississauga, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by family on Thursday August the 1st 2024.

Steve as many knew him, was born in Wallaceburg, Ontario on 11 December 1963 to the late Faye Gallie and late Ernest Martin. 

For 34 years Steve worked as a Journeyman Electrician. In the latter 17 years of his career, Steve worked as a labour leader for the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW), where he was a staunch supporter of the labour movement. He had an impact on many lives, and will be missed as a friend, confidant, mentor, and leader. 

Steve leaves behind his loving wife of 41 years Nancy, his son Jake (Glen), his sister Lori (Roger), brother Ernie, and many friends and extended family. 

In accordance with his wishes, a celebration of life will be hosted between 3 PM and 6 PM on 11 August, 2024 at:
