In the early afternoon of Saturday January 27, 2024; after an almost 2 year battle with cancer, Stewart Richard Thomas Crocker (age 32) passed, sleeping peacefully and pain free. He was a wonderful son, amazing brother, adoring husband, doting father and fierce friend.
Stewart was an Occasional Teacher for both the Hamilton-Wentworth and Peel District School Boards. He had a dream of teaching his passion for music to anyone who searched for it. While becoming a music teacher was his goal, he would create his own music school when the time was right. Stewart loved to laugh, he loved to experience as much of life as he could. He did that through making sure he went to the midnight release of his favorite movie franchises. He did that through spending evenings and afternoons playing new or familiar games with his friends and family. He did that through exploring the outdoors and sleeping under the stars. But most of all, he did that through sitting on his throne, behind a kit, performing songs that seemed as though they were imprinted on his heart, his soul.
Please join us on Sunday February 18, 2024 between 1-4pm for Stewart's Celebration of Life. We will be sharing reflections beginning at 2:00pm. We are asking for any memories or stories that you have of Stewart to be written out so that we can compile them into a memory book for his daughter Bella. We welcome everyone to share their memories during reflections or have someone else read it for them.
We will be gathering at Turner & Porter (Peel Chapel) 2180 Hurontario St, Mississauga, L5B 1M8
