Passed away peacefully at St Catharines General Hospital on the 1st of April, 2017 in his 68th year. The loving husband of Maria, and beloved father of Waldemar, Jolanta Vandervelde, Christopher (Jenn), and Richard (Mallory Holroyd). Proud grandfather of Kinga, Kylee, Natalie, Nikolas, and Jakob. Will be missed by all his family and friends in both Canada and Poland including Janina Przybycinski, Weronika Dec and her two children. Beloved brother of Janina and Krystyna, and son of the late Henryk and Stefania. Visitation and mass details will be announced at a later date. The family would like to thank the great doctors and nurses at St Catharines General Hospital, who made his stay comfortable. Also special thanks to the people who supported the family through this difficult time.
The family would like to invite all those interested in joining us for a Mass for Tadeusz at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church (5 Oblate St, St. Catharines) on Saturday, April 8th at 10am. There will be a visitation table and guest book at the church, if you wish to sign it, please do so before the church service, as it will be immediately followed by a burial of his cremated remains at Victoria Lawn Cemetery (480 Queenston St, St. Catharines) at 11:00am. Thank you for your continual support.
