Tommy was reunited with his father Eric Desjardins on March 17th, 2018. He will be missed greatly by his mother Tina, his sister Emily, brother Jamie, his Dadoo Barbara Thomas, his Morfar Jorgen Rasmussen, Judy Tomlin, Jean Desjardins, Uncle Kirk, Aunt Brigitte, Uncle Cory and family, Roly, Ray Desjardins and many other aunts, uncles and cousins, along with his many friends.
Tommy is well loved by all who knew him.

Visitation from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m., followed by service and reception at Garden Chapel, 3440 Richmond Road.
