Wayne Walter Dion

Peacefully at home, surrounded by his family as he wanted, Wayne Walter Dion passed away on Saturday November 4, 2023 at the age of 77. Predeceased by his daughter Karen, his "granddaughter daughter" Mackenzie and his sister/"bicker-in-law" Irma.
He will be missed most by his wife Nellie Dion (Cook) and his children Trina, Terry (Gregory), Kelly (Bert) and Dwayne(Jackie). He was the best Pum-Pum, Papa and Grandpa to Zoe, Aidan, Grace, Brody, Ella, Kaleb, Morgan, Ezra, Cohen, Lady Gwen, Jake and Lilly.
The family would like to thank the many people who made his final time at home possible and comfortable. Your compassion was evident.
Bowling was a big part of his life, so we invite friends and family to visit and bowl a few frames in his honor at Skyway Lanes in Hamilton on Friday, November 10th from 4-7pm.
Cremation has taken place; he will stay at home with Nellie. Funeral service will be held at James North Baptist Church in Hamilton on Saturday, November 11, 2023 at 11 am. Light refreshments to follow.
