William (Douglas) Headley

Loving husband and father passed away peacefully on Friday, January 11, 2013. Douglas will be greatly missed by his wife of 48 years Josephine and three daughters Bonnie, Deborah, Lisa (Bill) and grandson Ryan. Douglas will always be in our hearts and remembered for his kindness, dedication to family and a laugh that would brighten up everything around him. Douglas will also be greatly missed  by his sister Lorraine Pugh (Larry), brothers Ken (Sharon) and Glenn (May) and many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and close friends. A memorial service for family and friends will be held on Wednesday, January 16, 2013 at Hope Cemetery, 4660 Bank Street, Ottawa at 1:00 p.m. with a reception to follow at Our Lady of the Visitation Banquet Centre, 5338 Bank Street, Gloucester, Ontario. In lieu of flowers donations can be made in Douglas’ name to the Canadian Cancer Society.
