It is with much sadness the family announces the passing of Yvette Florange Lecuyer (Roy) on Tuesday August 27th, 2019. Yvette was predeceased by her husband John Emile Lecuyer and leaves behind her 5 Children Marcel Lecuyer (Karen), Denis Lecuyer (Mrytle), John Lecuyer (Veronica), Shirley (John Gordon), Joanne (Walter Williams). Yvette was a very proud Grandmother to 9 Grandchildren and 11 Great-Grandchildren. Sister to Therese Racine (Roy). Jacqueline Quinn (Roy), Denise Cote (Roy), Marcel Roy, Jean Louis Roy, Paul Roy.
Yvette was loved by many and we will miss her dearly.
We would like to extend a special “Thank You” to the Nursing Team at Stirling Park Retirement and to the Doctors & Nursing staff at the Ottawa General Hospital.
A Celebration of Life will be held at Hope Cemetery Chapel, 4660 Bank Street on Saturday, September 7th, 2019 from 12:00 Noon to 3:00 p.m.
Donations to the Ottawa Dementia Society are appreciated.
