Yvette was a very beautiful and independent woman. She became a wife, mother, grandmother and friend. In her short life of 99 years she accomplished many things, too long to mention. Yvette loved to travel and enjoyed a good meal. Her kindness and love of others was reflected in her everyday life. Unfortunately a stroke in 2009 limited her mobility but not her spirit. A soft thank you to her caregivers was always present. In the end she left in peace and tranquility with Lawrence by her side.
Also, we gratefully acknowledge the support and help from Chantale Lavoie, Care Coordinator at Champlain LHIN. Over many years Yvette was under the care of PSW's from Paramed from the LHIN. Paramed provided her with excellent service. In the end Chantale initiated the necessary palliative care with nursing staff and Doctors for the care of Yvette. "So Grateful”
